This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Kyros Advisors - Danay Farias Chatsiou, a sole proprietorship registered in Greece at Pelika 65, Marousi 151 22, with tax number (AFM) 133379154 at KEFODE Attikis. We provide international business development and market entry consulting between Greece and Mexico, and we are the controller of the personal data described on this page.

What we collect
We only collect what you send us. There is no tracking, no profiling and no advertising on this website.

Our legal basis
We process the data you enter in the contact form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Server logs and the anti-abuse check are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and free of automated abuse.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by the service providers we use to run the site and our email:
- Papaki (Aruba S.p.A.), our hosting provider, stores the website and processes the form on a server located in Europe.
- GoDaddy and Titan provide the mailbox that receives your enquiry and the email we send back to you. They may process it outside the European Union under the safeguards their terms provide.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months from our last exchange with you, so that we can follow up on a conversation that started earlier. After that we delete them. If a conversation turns into a contract, the relevant records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires.
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, typically no more than a few weeks.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- restrict how we use it, or object to our using it
- send your data to you or another provider in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time
Write to info@kyrosadvisors.com and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, at www.dpa.gr. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. What it does store is explained in our Cookie Policy.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
